On Sunday in Columbia, SC, No. 15 Kentucky finished its regular season with a 22-6 overall mark, including 11-5 in SEC, after dropping 78-66 to No. 6 South Carolina. It is UK's most wins (22) and most SEC wins (11) in the regular season since 2018-19. The Wildcats have reached 11 SEC regular season victories just seven times in program history.

Against the Gamecocks, UK's Clara Strack hit a game-high 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Georgia Amoore added 16 points for the Wildcats, who kept the game fairly close until the end of the fourth quarter.

The next game for the No. 4 seed Wildcats is Friday afternoon in the SEC Tournament. The 2:30 p.m. ET contest will be shown on ESPN.
