Andrew Carr posted his third double-double of the season as he gunned in 16 points and grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds in leading Kentucky to a 91-83 victory over Missouri Saturday in Columbia.
Otega Oweh added 22 points, including 20 in the second half, for the Wildcats, who improved their overall mark to 21-10 (10-8 in SEC). Koby Brea and Amari Williams hit 17 and 14 points, respectively, for the Wildcats. Williams also grabbed eight rebounds.
Kentucky, which pumped in 11 of 20 three-pointers for 55 percent, made 26 of 33 free throws for 78.8 percent.
Both teams hit the boards hard with Kentucky outrebounding Missouri 37-36.
UK's biggest lead took place in the second half when the Wildcats had a 16-point advantage with 14:11 minutes remainng.
Missouri's Mark Mitchell, who played two years at Duke, had 22 points.
The next game for the Wildcats will be on Thursday in the SEC Tournament in Nashville. The tournament's final seedings will be announced Saturday night.
